1840s Bonnet 'Eleanor'

One of the two extra bonnets I've made (in addition to the previously uploaded one) to put in my Etsy shop.

This is a bonnet in the coal scuttle shape and covered in a really nice copper coloured acetate taffeta. It's lined in printed cotton with a red, brown and cream pattern. It's decorated with two types of braid (military gimp and russia/princess braid) as well as self fabric bows, mini paper roses and covered buttons made with the printed cotton lining.

I think this one might be my favourite of the bunch!
